Tune needed after accufab tb/plenum install?

I have been searching the forums but cannot seem to get a definitive answer. I was able to pick up the throttle body and plenum for 70 bucks from someone in my town. If it is important I have the eaton on there, not a kb or whipple. I was just wondering whether or not you need a tune after putting this on. The site says no, but like I said I see people on here saying yes as well. Any opinions are appreciated.

I cranked my car up once with a ported plenum and Billetflow TB on the stock tune and decided it'd be safer to just pull it back off till I could get a tune.
