Talked with John in the service department today at Jim Click. Seemed like a really nice guy to work with. Said they would give me a loaner car since I have an SVT, and would get the car in first thing in the morning on the 16th since I am coming from out of town. He said if they needed to keep the car to do some work on it, I could bring the loaner car back to NM with me, I just needed to tell Enterprise about it. I told him the car stalls, clunks in the rear end, and vibrates on the highway. Immediately told me there was a computer update for the stall, and that he would have to look into the clunking noise. I am sure he knows what the issue is since they work on the SVT's there. Talk about a difference between night and day between my local Ford Lincoln & Mercury dealer. Depending on how well this goes, I will continue to drive back to Tucson anytime I need warranty work done. Thanks for the inputs guys. I will post again after the work is done. Now to find stuff to do all day that Friday while I wait to see if they need to keep the car or not. Chris
