So i have been battling back and forth with the debate of a bigger under hood reservoir or a different trunk mount ice tank. Currently i have a 4 gallon trunk mount tank with a failing pump and a tank lid that just keeps leaking. Im either debating on getting a new pnr tank with a varimax pump or just getting a stock location style aluminum tank and running a gt500 or similar pump. I currently have an afco heat exchanger as well. I dont hit the strip much anymore and the clutter in the trunk plus the leaks is getting to me. There is pro and cons for both, i just want some input from both sides as to what they like best. Dont laugh at the setup lol. The duffle bag hold has tools

I’d leave it in the trunk. It’s already Plumbed and more volume is better in all ways. Get a new tank/pump.

I'd say leave it in the trunk with a better pump. It will perform way better.

Or if you really want to move it, there's a good chunk of real estate behind the passenger fender aft of the wheel. You can't fit much in the engine bay.
