Hi guys - odd little problem, my trunk light is staying on all the time, flattens the battery and is affecting my alarm. I've had the alarm since the car was new and I'm sure it's fine, but have recently replaced the trunk and the harness it comes with - I'm thinking the switch is no good, but I'm not 100% sure where it is.
Going by the wiring, it looks like it's in the trunk latch mechanism, there are 3 wires into that (power release, ground and trunk light I would guess) but I'm not sure of what they're for - anyone know? Is there a testing procedure for this?
