Maybe this has been posted before, but I was reading the back of a Truckin' Magazine and they were listing 1/4 mile times of different trucks. They reported a 2003 Lightning running a 14.68 @ 98.37mph and a 0-60 of 6.37. Something doesn't seem right here...

yeah, it was probably about 100 degrees that day, with no track prep whatsoever.

Maybe the truck had the driver, photographer, editor, and the writer riding along down the track in the bed. :shrug:

Thats what I was figuring because the srt10 won their truck of the year contest. I just really hate having the L misrepresented by so much, shouldn't stock time be closer to a 13.4? I'll have to look up again what they said the dodge ran, but I think they put it in the 14's too
