Truck shaking bad

My truck started shaking like crazy last week. The tires are needing to be changed and it is out of alignment. My guess is this is what is causing the issue but wanted to check here first.

It shakes so bad I am scared to go over 45mph. I feel like Ace Ventura when he is driving the jeep in the jungle. Let me know what you think it is and if there is anything I can check.

is it pulling to the side? is it handling bumps alot worse then normal?

kinda sounds like more then tires..... maybe shocks/balljoints.

The truck pulls to the left pretty good. it has for a while now. It does fine on bumps though. No worse than normal. Someone told me that a "belt" probably broke in my tire. I am no mechanic so no idea if that is possible.

you probably have a tire that has seperated. Take your hand lay it flat on the tire and feel the tire to see if there is any seperation in the core of the tire. You will have a lump on the tire.
