The regional area doesn't get much traffic, but there have to be a few of us in the same area. 50 Mile radius of Cincinnati OH.....

Any interest in Cobra related get-togethers or events?

Road trips?
Rallies?
Cruise-Ins?

Well at least we have a couple of replies....
If we can generate some interest we could probably have some sort of get-together this fall before the weather turns. If a couple more people respond, I will mention something in the main forums.
Also notice a fair number of people from the SW Ohio area in other threads, so once we get going there should be some support

An early idea

Just throwing this out for consideration....

On October 15, 2006 (Sunday)
The SVT Cobra Mustang Club, will be having the "sixth Annual Dragon Run", an outing to the "Dragons Tail" a state highway (US 129) near the Tenn. NC. border with 318 curves in 11 miles. This is NOT a speed run LOL, it is a scenic drive. Lots of cars and motorcycles get totaled on this road every month. And a few people die on it every year (mostly 'crotch rocket' riders)

I am conidering driving down and just tagging along. I have not joined the SVT Cobra Mustang Club (I will be checking out the people as well as having a good time, to decide if it's worth joining). But who would notice (or complain about) a few extra Cobras

But seeing that many Cobras all going down the road at once should be pretty fun.

There is a Ford car show the day before about 25 miles from the Dragons Tail.... I expect a bunch of the Cobras will be in it.

If we (the cute little Italian that spends time with me) go, I will probably drive down Sat morning 5 hours +/-, go to the Ford show, spend the night, run the Dragon Sunday morning and then drive home sunday late afternoon.

As I said I am just considering it now. If anybody else wants to go, that would swing the decision, and I'd go.

If not there are still plenty of good weekends left before snow, and we'll come up with something.....
