Transmission Whining Noise??

OK so a few weeks back I noticed a whining, it started to get louder an louder over time. So this past weekend I replaced the TOB an retainer sleeve with a ford racing tob & lethal r/s. After all that the trans is still making the noise. The Noise also goes away when you press the clutch pedal!
Also when you guys replaced your retainer sleeve were the races for the input shaft bearings hard to come out??? reason for asking mine just seem to slide right out?? :shrug:

has anyone else had this problem?

I had that problem in my 04 cobra. Mine had the same noise and went away when u press the clutch in and it turned out to be the main shaft was bent. Good luck boss

When you say MAIN SHAFT, are you refering to the input shaft? Did they say y it was making that noise?
What did you do to fix it? replace shaft or trans?
