Transmission counter balance bushing

has anyone tracked down a replacement for the rectangle plastic/ nylon bushing on the transmission counterweight?

Went to Ford and they couldn't produce a part number and I'm not buying a new transmission just for a piece of plastic that is designed to wear out!

Look in the write section. You can simply remove the counter weight. That's what I did

Yes I know and I have, I was just curious if anyone has fabricated or located a replacement for this piece.
Ive checked Ford and Mini Cooper parts departments and they cannot help with a factory part number.
