Trans Removal With Longtubes?

Ok I am about to put in my new clutch in and I have a question. I have The Griggs Racing GR-40 Tubular K member and MAC longtubes (no comments please) and I need to know if I can get the trans out by only unbolting the passenger side header rather than removing it entirely?

yes i think u do have to take them both off, but it should be real easy with the tubular k member...

i would remove it.. it should be cake especially if you got a lift....

be sure you get new gaskets

With the mac's you have to drop the passenger side header or you will never get the trans out of the car. Even just unbolting it and not removing it from the k-member isn't going to free up that much space.

With a tubular K member I am hoping I have enough room to get it out of the way.
