Trans/ clutch questions

WHile clutch is fully pressed in try to shift gears and it still grinds... Could the throw out bearing cause this or is it the clutch. Where should i start?

Could be bad synchros in the transmission. Is this while the car is stationary or while you are driving?

mine does the same from first to second, bad syncros bro.
