ok guys my trans is goin out. it whines in 1st, 2nd,3rd, and 5th, and the synchros are gettin pretty loud as well. i do plan on forced induction and some pretty high HP marks like in the 5 and 6 hundred range, but not right away. anyway i have a warranty so i only have a 250 dollar deductible, should i save for a 6 speed? or just do a rebuilt T-45 for the time being?
also i figure why not put a new clutch and a lightened flywheel in ther while labor is free, so what do you guys recommend? Fidanza and king cobra? or centerforce? or what?
and also where do i go to get the best price on these products? i have been searching and really havn't found more then one or two people that carry the stuff. oh and what should i expect to pay for the clutch and flywheel? and also some clutches have stages. would you recommend a stage 2 then for now or go with a three?
