Well, about 6 months ago I took online traffic school here in Vegas for a ticket I had received. Jump to april 13 (friday, DOH!) I get a ticket while driving through Barstow, CA on the I-15 doing 86 in a 70. I used to live in California and know that you can take traffic school every 18 months, as opposed to every 12 months in Nevada. It has been way longer than 18 months since ive taken traffic school in California.
My question. I am not eligible for traffic school in Nevada bc I went about 6 months ago. But, since this is a California ticket, and I would have to go to a california traffic school (right?) I am eligible for it?
