Trade in 2011 GT Premium for 2013 Shelby

For some of you that trade off often, what do you think would be a fair trade value for a black GT, 9000 miles, MT, a few shelby add-ons, SVT 19" wheels, mint condition? Looking at ordering a 2013 with the SVT pack and Recaros. Midwest location (Iowa).

There are so many factors that would go into your trade. The best thing to do is find someone that has access to auto auctions in your area and see what the cars are going for.

They will likely offer 22-25k. I have been on that range for a 11 GT premium and Brembos, glass roof and 3.73 black on black car.

in the end, it will feel like you are paying an ADM on your GT500. I would sell the car outright, as a highly depreciating asset you are taking the biggest hit in the first year..

FWIW, I got 25K for my 2011 GT Brembo premium w/ 4500 miles (Brembo, HID, security). All mods removed. With the tax break it was $26500. Paid $32 in May 2010.

Anyone tried trading a '12 Shelby in?
