Trade a SLP X w/cats for stock H-pipe in CA?

I will trade straight up a SLP off road x-pipe with high flow cats (supposedly cats, you can see through them) for a stock h-pipe plus the labor to swap them out. That's right, if you trade me your stock H and pay the labor for the swap, I am willing to part. The x-pipe was about 400.00 and purchased from summit about 2 years ago, in perfect condition. I am in the bay area in Ca. Has to be local.
