Traction control off relay hack

I once read a write up of a fellow that wired a relay in, that basically reversed the traction control switch.
Traction control remained off until the switch was was triggered to activate it.
I can't seem to find it here, it's possible that I saw it on the "other" forum, however, I no longer have an account there.
I'm not that sharp of a sparky to cypher it out myself.

Anyone?

I think you used to be able to buy a switch for the 99-04 cars that would default the traction control to off but my memory is a little fuzzy on that

I've never seen or heard of that hack. Sounds pretty cool.

On my set up I had my tuner go into my computer settings and flip the switch (or setting) to have it turn off when I start the car. Then I could turn it "on" if I ever need it.

I'm not sure if that function is available through an SCT handheld or something.

Hmm. Apparently you can with a handheld.
