My dealer got the program in an the 2013 is going to get programmed in a week. The service dept said they would need the car all day. I was little surprised since I thought it was a simple plug and program. Is this guy feeding me a line of BS? He said they had another one a while ago that they had problems getting programmed. Heck, I could program my 2011 GT in about 10 minutes! Not to mention I would rather pay 1 hour of labor instead of a whole day!

should take less than an hour but they charge by the hour. find another dealer who is confident in doing it.
we did 10 of them here at my dealership...took about an hour..as we have a trained tech. you does each one. we actually have customers wait in the service lounge

$79 for mine (about an hour), and $229 from Tousley Ford for the program code.
