hey guys

After doing a lot of research and using the search function has anyone got any pictures of different tires, particularly the R888 or Nittos in 285/35r20 or 295/35r20 on a 10j rim.

I currently have MPSS in 295/35r20 101Y, and it looks MASSIVE on the rim. I want something more fitted looking, as if it was intended to be that way, and sticky as hell.

Thanks
Alex

They don’t make a 295mm for a 20in rim. Could put a 305/35 on though. 10in is the minimum width for the 305.

Thanks buddy, I’ll need to see pictures! Wider is better. True for tires, less so my wife...

No problem. Haha, I’ll let her be the judge of that.

The R888 is an amazing tire. Can’t say enough good things about them. People complain about them being loud but my car is louder. Can’t even tell a difference. Can’t match the grip and handling on a street legal tire other than maybe a Michelin PSC2.

for the R888's, I would not go wider than the 285 on the 10 personally. My experience has been that the R888's, atleast the original ones run a bit wider than the other manufacturers.
I am not saying it will be bad by any means, but be aware they will almost likely not be a flush look.

Thanks. It can’t look as wide as the MPSS! Though thanks for the info, not seen any up close in that size.

That is my rim, so that picture helps me no end! I think the 305 will get me what I want!

OEM tires are 285's on a 9.5" rim. And more than a few people run 305's on that same rim.

lots of things in the car world
Just 'cause you can, doesn't mean you should

And I'm being sarcastic, not looking for a pissing match lol
But there is a difference between say and Nitto 305 and a Toyo 305 too. Some people don't consider that
