Planning on ordering a set this upcoming week actually. I'm definitely convinced on them, plus they have a 35 series sidewall for the 315/18, which is what I want.

What's your concerns about them?

Never hear much about them is all, and any posts I found were old. I wanna try a set too. For the price you can't go wrong and they have to hook better than the Sumitomo's that are on my car now.

These are great tires for the price. Better street traction than the 555r's, and the sidewall is firmer than the Nitto which makes a difference. 315/35/18s, I expect them to last about 8-10k miles, and order another set.

Ive read up on them extensively, as with anything some good and bad reviews. However one thing I found that was common were alot of high horsepower cars which had these on the rear, had positive things to say about the tires ability to grip. Deductive reasoning told me, at my power level 455/491, I should be able to see great traction with these, the price on them just solidifies my reason for ordering them on payday as well.

^ That's what I am looking for. Not thinking it will hook first but if it holds second I will be pleased. Car won't hold third as it sits right now.

I bought mine when they first came out. The tire store had to call there rep to even order them. Any how I like them and will buy another set when these are gone. They have about 10,000 miles on them and still have a little life left.

Man, I keep going back and forth between these and m/t et street II's. Thinking of getting the 295/45-17 et street II's but these are much cheaper and seem to last a little longer. Any input or comparisons at the 600rwhp level?

I'm running 315/35/18 on my TF wheels. I haven't done any full-throttle tests but I'm sure they'll hold the 500+rwhp my Cobra is putting down. Had to shave the stock IRS bolt to get them to work. Also rolled the fenders for insurance.

Random but, is this the Mercedes Terrell video cobra? Front brakes are right, has bumper plugs, and is in Cali.

They spin at 600+. If you warm them up they do work better and smoke alot.

I'm at 700+ wheel and run 315/35/18 on 18x11 ccw sp500s. They will spin in first for sure regardless of outside air temp, they spin thru 2nd 65 degrees or less outside. They'll spin in 3rd to 100 if it's cold enough outside. 90+ degree weather they hook pretty darn admirably. I've run 2 sets the past 2 years....I'm getting about 1200 miles a set. Someone getting 10,000 miles is insane.

I really regret getting 18x11 rims at all. The tire choices are ridiculously small. I'm still running these tq's right now, but I think my next set of rears (which is very soon) I'm going to try the R888s in 305/35/18. I would run nittos...but I'm not a fan of the 555r's...really wish nitto would offer the NT05 or NT05r in a 305 or 315 for 18" rims

That's the difference between running a wimpy 560 pump gas tune and a 715 e85 tune - lol

Plus...my miles are not highway...they're 8 mile trips with plenty of tire shredding, then back in the garage. Cruise control miles are boooooooring  that's what my Infiniti is for

Lol regardless what power you make. If you rag on your car enough to spin the tires that much to wear through them I guess that's cool. I have had some high powered cars I just learn not to destroy the tires. Regardless not very fair to say they aren't good tires cause you go through them so fast because you do 8 mile burnouts every time you drive. Just saying

No, that is zero burnouts. I have never done a burnout in this car since I bought it. I've never revved the motor and dropped the clutch. This is pure rolling full engagement. The vast majority of loss of traction happens rolling 40mph or faster lol
