Towing Capacity of an '03 L

How much will the '03 tow in terms of weight? Does it come standard with the Ford tow package on the F-150's and Ford SUV's?

5k lbs I think....:shrug: I know mine will pull our lawnmower trailer with the big snapper comet

I towed my pre-runner ranger on a U-Haul tow dolly and had my 3 upright tool boxes with tools in the bed...

I pulled a full size flat bed trailer with one of my camaro's on it a few weeks ago and had no problem. In fact it was so easy it was almost a joke. Only thing that might of been questionable was rear end clearance with the drop shackles. An L looks great pulling a trailer as well as on it own !

I towed my Brother's 66 Chevelle SS 454 on a dolly. No problems at all.
