Torsen Axle removal procedure .

Hi All

Anyone have the file on how to remove the Torsen diff's axles?

Is it the same as all the late 8.8 diffs?

My books and online shop manual did't show the Torsen!!.

Yes it’s identical only difference is the center of the actual center section inside the differential

The biggest thing to do with a Torsen is to remove the C-clips one at a time and reinstalling the block if you need to rotate the axle to get the C-clip orientated correctly. You don't want the inner pinion gears of the Torsen shifting at any point........so always reinstall the block when you need to do something to keep them and the inner plates that hold them in place from shifting
