Torque on exhaust manifold bolts?

Can anyone tell me how much to torque these manifold bolts:

I am installing headers with these.

i believe it is 18 ft lbs :beer:

Midpipe to manifold is 30 ft-lbs. 18 ft-lbs dosen't sound like very much for the manifold.

You have to remember that the manifolds or headers bolt into aluminum heads. And you dont want to strip those :thumbsup:

The instructions that came with the JBA headers said 13 in-lbs. That can't be right. Maybe it's 13 ft-lbs.
