Tork Tech Terminator GT Hiccup

I just got my car tuned on friday. It made 425rwhp and 444rwtq. After we got done on the dyno we took it for a test drive and it seemed to run perfect. Today while driving it, i stomped on it in second and just shifted to third to continue cruising along and it had a quick hiccup. When I step on it all the power seems to still be there and while cruising around and at idle it seems to run 100% perfect!

I have a jms power max and my fuel pressure is fine. Do you think running my original COPs could have anything to do with it? they have 74 000 miles on them. Also i am running NGK TR6 plugs gapped to .032

Don't worry about it too much, if this becomes a regular occurence regap the plugs .30 also your COPS should be okay but it wouldn't hurt to check them.

I'd check the plugs. The dyno can be hard on them. And they're an easy check.

yeah im thinking its PPRV! I was unaware that i should get rid of it. So its going

12 pounds and im using a svt focus pump with a jms pump booster.....i still have the pprv so that is going to go

Talk to your tuner. If the hesitation isn't too bad it can be tuned out.

i think the plugs are fine because when i run WOT it runs perfect.....its just a very brief cut in power. It occurs most after 2-3 gear change

I believe it stands for Pump Pressure Relief Valve. It bypasses some of the gas at a certain pressure. It also keeps pressure in the fuel line so the car starts quicker.
