I got tired of the welds on my Bassani cats coming loose and making my car sound like a POS so I took them out. I had no idea how much louder it would be. My car rattles the windows of every house in the neighborhood. I need a quieter solution, any ideas?

I assume you have the 03 cobra x-pipe with cats and option offroad segments. The clamps are shit for those. I think they have revised the style to sleeve/band type clamp.
Re-pack the baffles. That'll take the edge off, but it'll still be pretty loud.
After I lost a cat last month I repacked mine with a sandwich of 1/4" fiberglass pipe wrap and course steel wool; noticibly quieter, but still pretty loud and it sounds 100% better too.

Ear plugs, about $1 mod. ;-)
haha! I suggest buying some extra ear plugs and handing them out to the neighbors as well. :thumbsup:
