Are these shocks n struts any good they are for my dd 98 cobra... I can get them for 350 brand new.... Are they good priced as well?

Bilstein's more money but a much better setup. You can usually find a used set up (low miles) out there. I got a set of 03/04 Cobra fronts (19,000) miles & new rears from AM total setup cost around $350. Firm ride with the H&R SS's not harsh just very firm.

I had them on my old 98 VERT and after a year they blew the seals and leaked all over... but they were giod before that.
