Any idea what would cause TOB to start squeeling after only 1000 mi? It is a new one from C/F installed with new clutch and flywheel.

Some say that the TOB should be preloaded, and not have a 1/8" of a gap. Could also of been a bad TOB retainer sleeve. McCleod makes a great unit, but the entire tranny has to come out again in order to have the thing replaced.
