TOB/Retainer upgrade???

I have a nasty squeek comming from the transmission, by all accounts it is my TOB, i was wondering what would the best upgrade path to take? I would like to also know where i can pick them up. I am looking to upgrade the TOB and retainer atleast. Let me know. . .

Lots of posts on this recently. Seems like even the aftermarket parts are going bad in some cases.
