I would like to ask a few questions of your guys to get a feel for what's going on. They're in the poll.

INteresting. Mine makes it on 3), but it also makes it when out of gear with the clutch disengaged. I would say that's what most people recognize.

A good place to start, but mine started like most/Guru's, clutch disengaged but within 200 miles I had varying degrees of noise from all 4 poll areas...

Looks like we haven't narrowed it down much, the choices are all about even. Yike.

Mr. Moderator, is there any way to add another slot in the poll to include Guru's choice?

All of those are symptoms. Eventually you will hear disenganged and fully enganged and inbetwwen until either it goes out or you get a new clutch. Mine was so annoying. Eventually the radio wouldnt even hide it.
