I remember a post by B4409 discussing running a set of 17" wheels for track use and that would reduce rolling mass.

Anyone else running this con fig and what are your results/ recommendations?:burnout:

A '95 Cobra R 17x9 with 275/40r17 rubber will get the job done for you. I run the 17x9 17mm offset MB Motorsport Weapons on my 00 Mustang GT race car, theyre light at 22# each, alot lighter than the 18x9.5 '00 R rims that weigh 28.5 pounds each.

Nothing looks better on a mustang short of CCWs than the 00 Cobra R rims do!!! IMHO
