When the dealer had my car up on the lift for an oil change, I noticed that the rear tires had worn out differently. The tread on the left tire is almost totally gone, like a slick in the middle of the tire. The one on the right is a bit worn, too, but the tread can still clearly be seen and has at least another 2 mm left.
The mechanics at the Ford dealership said they don't know why it happened.
Should this happen at all? Has anybody else noticed this?
