tire size on 15x8 rim

Tuck under the car or the bead tuck under the rim?

I've ran a 28x10 on a 15x8 and it fit with stock springs and ISOs. It was tight, but I don't see a 29.5 clearing.

Stock springs without ISOs my 28x9s clear fine. Fenders are rolled..

ive seen 28x10 on a 16" rim i was wondering if u could fit a 29 on a 15 " rim

The tire diameter is not dependent on the rim size. a 28 is a 28 is a 28. whether its on a 15, 16, or 17 inch wheel.
