2013-14 Shelby GT500
Tire questions for my 2013 Shelby GT500. I'm currently running Nitto NT555 G2s with 285/35ZR20s in the back. Have the 265s up front.
Mickey Thompson Street ss in whatever size fits your wheel will hook 650hp all day long.. same with 750. If you want something that is less floaty at speed, go with the R888R-- bad ass tire that will hook ALMOST as good as the Mickeys but will be 10x better in the corners and at triple digit speed. Another option is the new Aturro AZ850 Drag radial. They hook great in spring/summer but I cannot recommend for winter driving. I have personal experience with all 3 options listed above. All good choices.
