tire question

I was looking at getting a set of nitto drag radials for the track. With the mods in my sig will i be able to pull of a decent time on these tires, or do i need to get something like a mickey thompson? I have a set of 17x8 wheels that i was gonna use and i couldnt find a mickey thompson to fit in that size.

Mickey's are about as good as it gets and I don't think there's a big price difference between the two... I'd have to put my vote towards Mickey's.
