Tire help

Well since Sumitomo's are either backordered on the cheap HTR's in 315/45/17 I went with another tire. I got a good deal on these. They are called Vredesteins. I am trying to figure out how to mount them though. Do they look right in this pic? I know they look weird but for the price I could not pass them up. Thanks for the help!

Dumb question but doesn't it say on the outside of the tire which way it should face?

Haha, I will let you guys know how they do. I am sure they are going to better than the Sumitomos.
