Ive noticed a very weird dust on my rear tires. Never seen this before I clean the car and it comes back. Its almost white looking and its only on the side walls . Anyone have this before any help would be appreciated.

Its a white oily dust. Not blow white. But a white ish color. Have had a bit of diff fluid on the garage floor but what I have seen on this forum that is the norm for a lot of guys. By the lack of posts I take it this is a uncommon problem.
