are there any laws against tinted tail lights in new jersey? are they okay or by getting them am i just asking to be pulled over and issued fix-it tickets?

They reduce light transmission and they are not allowed.

They're not DOT approved nor would you pass inspection. Would I bother to pull you over b/c of that infraction, no. But that's me.
