does all gen 2 lightnings come with factory tint? the reason why i'm asking is because i bought my lightning 3 years ago and became its 2nd owner and the windows were already tinted. i recently moved to hawaii and had to go through a safety check (i think hawaii only has this) and said i cant pass cause the tint is to dark. I've compared my tint to other lightnings and they look the same so i presume that the tint is factory tinted. The F*** uped part is that i'm going to have to remove my tint to pass this safety check.

Only the back for sure. I checked the limits in Hawaii They are 35% all around. Here in Arkansas they are 25% on the sides and 10% on the back. Here is the link. http://www.tintdude.com/atoh.html

I have 5% on the back and sides and a layer of 50% on the windshield. I have no problems getting my safety sticker. You just gotta find the right place. It will cost you a few extra dollars to get your sticker but it's worth it.
