you should dyno tune it to know exactly how you air/fuel is. but to be safe, i would run 8 degrees with the spout out. This is assuming your fuel system is up to par.

I typically run 8 degrees with my 175 shot with no problems. I run a dry kit and put a shim i in my fuel solenoid bumping up the pressure and have since run 10 degrees with no problems and many runs.
