Im doing a 4v swap to a foxbody, the motor is from a 97 Mark viii and I had swapped the oil pan, pickup tube, screen and pump just for added security. After putting everything back together and torquing the balancer down, I went to spin the crank and noticed the timing chain was binding at the bottom on the sprockets. Before I had taken it off, the motor spun fine with no sounds. The tensioners are good, sprockets are facing the correct way and the chain is in the same spot as it was before, but I dont have any clue whats causing it. Anyone have any ideas?

It sounds like you don't have all the chain slack on the tensioner side. If this were me I would take everything back apart and start over. Make sure you are bleeding oil pressure out of the tensioners and pinning them into the service position. This will allow you to get the chain slack on the tensioner side of the cam gear. If you're doing everything 100% correctly by the book you should not be having any issues.
