So today I talked with a dealer about ordering a GT500 at MSRP.

This is what I ordered

Sterling Gray
Blue stripes
SVTPP
Electronic package
Glass roof
Recaros


He had one that I pasted on because it wasn't configured the way I wanted. And said I could have his first 2014. Today he called me and said that he got a allocation from another dealer to order on. The allocation is scheduled for Dec or Jan.

Should I place faith or is it just another dead end. Cause now I need to think about selling a car.

If your choices are: take a chance on this or wait for a 2014 then you have nothing to lose.

Order this car. If it doesn't pan out you have plenty of time to jump on the 14.

I am hoping for the best on this car. But 2014 maybe as tricky as 2013 for me. I moved mid summer so I couldn't order one until after the move. It took me this long to find a dealer not asking the adm. I move again in June this coming summer. So I'll be in the same BS of looking around for a dealer that had the allocation and not wanting an ADM.
