This piece was missing when I bought the car. Just wondering what goes there. The gloves and everything else is there, just missing this one piece.

Roush coin medallion. These kits came with Roush Mustangs and the coin/medallions were engraved with the vin #. If the toolkit was bought aftermarket I don't know if they came with the medallions.

Correct, they were not factory. Many bought from Rousch and installed themselves.
