Ok nabbed me at 54//40, guilty as sin I know it and he knew it. My last ticket was in May this year, but I was able to sign the "Safe Driver Diversion", pay the $150 and it not go on my record.
Now, I am not eligible for that option again(have to wait 2 years, ouch). What about traffic school or something to have this mornings ticket expunged? Is this an option?
