Thumbs up for Alan at SOS

[SVT04]

A while back I ordered a pillar and pods for my 04 Cobra from Alan at SOS. Well it sat in the closet till just recently while I was deciding which gauges to go with. I took it out to look at it and realized there was a problem. One pod was loose and after e-mailing Alan (Alan even went as far as calling me here in Canada and we chatted on the phone for a bit) we determined somehow I had gotten the pillar for an 03. The 04 pillar is different with a different profile etc.
Alan promptly got another pillar sent out to me and even included the raptor claw mount for my shift light that I had not originally ordered.

The new pillar is awesome and the raptor mount is going to be nice too. So kudos for Alan, a great guy,nice product and amazing customer service:beer:
