Throwing P0103 and P016C codes can anyone help me out?

P0103 mass or volume maf/vaf air flow a ckt high input.

P061C internal control module engine rpm performance.

I had a problem that was throwing a similar maf code. It turned out that one of the wiring extensions (maf harness) on my roush kit had somehow got water inside the connectors. It was the first time I got caught with the car in a rain storm. Just something worth checking real quick. Not sure it would have any effect on the second code though.
