Throwing 5 codes... is my car finally dead?

2002 V6 - 107,xxx miles

P0302 - Number two cylinder misfire
P0306 - Number six cylinder misfire
P0316 - Number one cylinder misfire
P0401 - Insufficient EGR Flow
P0442 - Evaporative emission control system leak detected

Is it worth fixing or should I throw in the towel?

Any ideas in what needs to be fixed and how much it would run me?

That's what I'd do... plugs, wires maybe an new EGR valve if it's all clogged up.

When is the last time it was serviced?

Looks like spark plugs are bad and your gas cap isnt on tight or leaking. EGR is probably clogged up which may be partially related to the shitty spark you have been getting recently.
