Throw out Bearing? Wierd Whining noise

At high RPMs and under boost I start hearing a whining noise, its not consistent yet but I'm wondering if its my throw out bearing.

Suggestions? Tips? Ways to Diagnose?

When you hear it, step on the clutch ever so slightly until it starts to disengage, if the noise stops it's the tob.
