I have heard ,that you can without issue, from a tuner. I put a 2.5 pulley on my 12 without a tune. Car runs great, no codes or issues at all. I am sure the pulley would be more effect than a throttle body air flow wise so your probably safe.

I can see the TB yes, several guys here have ran the FRPP twin 65mm and that plus a BMP elbow are great no tune options.
I would not swap,pulleys on a '13-14!

Mine is a 12, I probably wouldn't with if I had a 13-14.The smooth idle and top end pull is fantastic. I still have the stock air intake and filter so that probably is a little safety.I got the pulley with the tune,with the tune it went 12.0 at 121 mph with a very flat pull and for some reason 129 degrees of knock. I hope to bring it again with only the change being stock tune. Not hijacking the thread as i think this is useful info regarding the stock tune.
