THP kit ?

I getting my motor installed and I'm having a few problems. I'm doing a Sullivan intake with a 1'' spacer but the idler air sensor is hitting the back of the alternator and the bolt to the alternator is hitting the top of the Sullivan intake. Anybody run across this?

Jerry, did you get these issues worked out yet? Do you have any pics of the troubles you are/were having? I can snap some of mine if need be so we can see what's different. Let me know.

I had to use 2 spacers I had the same issue and that's about all u can do

Yes I had to grind bolt down to the alternator and grind a little on the upper intake on the bottom. I got about 3/4 of a inch clearance now. I didn't want to use 2 spacers I want to use the stock hood still.

I have this kit. All you have to do is loosen the crimp on the idler, turn the plug then tighten it back up.
