[QUOTE="ARC, post: 13402322, member: 154392"] I like your reasoning as it's much like my reasoning. That would suck. I'd be pissed. My car is black too :( haha Thanks for the input, see my response below. Thanks for the input. Hey, thanks guys. Today I went to a place that hand washes the car. They use mitts that they have in 4 separate buckets per car. They use chamois leather as well to dry it and a spray hose to wash it too. Someone does drive the car, but it's right in front of my field of vision as I wait and it's only moving it about 20 ft if that. I saw someone else bring his 5.0 and another person brought his Maserati. I think the job they did was good. It was $18.00 and I left a $5.00 tip. For a yearly pass it's $480 (for exterior and interior) (no detailing such as wax). They take their time and at one point 7 people were working on the drying and "detailing" portion of the car wash. The manager sits there and tells where spots are to clean off. Do you guys think I should do it? I read reviews of the place online and people were very pleased (much better ratings than the other place I was thinking of going to that isn't a hand wash place). Thanks for your input, guys.
