How hot does your BAP get? Temp outside about 95, driving about an hour, mine was to hot to touch. Wonder if it could cause a fuel issue, I cut the 2 red wires and tied together to bypass BAP but no improvement...thanks. Oh, also do I need a dual with twin Improved GT pumps??

I went back today and car cranked right up with 16 psi by Aeroforce/OBD port, 6 psi at the fuel rail. FPDC at idle was 100 %. I think I will pulling tank to see a split hose or clamp blew off Question before I go to that point: If the BAP was bad could it cause the pumps to be at 100 % FPDC ??? To bypass BAP I took both red wires coming out of BAP and joined together that I cut off BAP, sound right?? Thanks guys !!

It could cause the pumps to max out if it wasn't putting out the voltage it is supposed to. You could hook a voltage meter to the output wire of the BAP and see what it is putting out. But I am guessing you are correct that you blew a hose and the BAP is hot from running so hard.
